Slow download
If the download via utorrent does not exceed a few kb per second, regardless of the file, it is likely that this is linked to a network or a limitation of P2P traffic set up by the ISP problem. To work around this problem, it is possible to use the encryption feature of uTorrent. To activate it, simply go to Options / Preferences / BitTorrent and the encryption protocol drop-down list, choose "Forced". Finally, in the Connection tab, check the "random port at startup" box.

Search peer
If uTorrent is blocked "Search peer" (or in English "Finding peers"), that means it's hard to connect to other users. First, check the settings in Preferences / bandwidth and increasing the overall maximum number of connections and the maximum number of connected peers per torrent. It is likely that the problem comes from your firewall or your ISP. In the interface of your box, you can try to lower the security level of the firewall (security mode by default a Livebox for example is set to "High." To correct any port blocking, you can try to go to Preferences / Login and check the "random port each start" box. Ultimately, try reinstalling uTorrent by clicking the "Download" button above.
